In these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"), the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

By proceeding with registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. Crown99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited without recourse.
Crown99 services are offered to individuals accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is the Member's sole responsibility to determine whether use of the crown99 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Crown99 does not represent that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction, and Malaysian players are advised to review their local legislation accordingly.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds without notice.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active crown99 account. Crown99 employs technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, crown99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold or forfeit any balances associated with such accounts pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crown99 login credentials, including your username and password. Crown99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify crown99 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
Crown99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering commitments. Members may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Malaysian NRIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account restriction.
An account that records no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. Crown99 reserves the right to impose an administrative maintenance fee on inactive accounts as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. Members will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be closed.
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting crown99 customer support. Crown99 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected. Where an account is closed at the Member's request and no outstanding wagers or bonus obligations exist, remaining verified Funds will be returned to the Member's registered payment method.
Crown99 currently accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB online banking, Public Bank, and FPX instant bank transfer. Crown99 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the crown99 Platform cashier page and may vary by payment method. Crown99 reserves the right to amend minimum transaction thresholds at its discretion.
Withdrawal requests from Members who have completed KYC verification are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Crown99 does not guarantee specific processing times as timelines may be affected by payment provider processing schedules. Crown99 may request additional documentation for withdrawal requests that trigger anti-money laundering review thresholds.
All transactions on the crown99 Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Crown99 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that occurs at the Member's payment provider level is solely the Member's responsibility.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Crown99 will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or to accounts in the Member's verified name.
Crown99 offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds (for sportsbook promotions), and expiry dates.
Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the combined deposit-and-bonus amount as specified. Wagers placed on excluded game categories do not contribute to wagering requirement completion.
Crown99 reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; exploiting bonus structures through low-risk or near-certain outcome betting patterns; or coordinating with other members to manufacture qualifying activity.
Unclaimed or unactivated bonuses, and any bonus funds for which the applicable wagering requirement has not been met within the specified validity period, will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's account without compensation.
All games available on crown99 are governed by individual game rules published within each game's information or help panel. In the event of a conflict between general Platform terms and game-specific rules, game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics and outcome determination.
Crown99 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions, system errors, or software failures beyond its reasonable control. In the event of a game malfunction that produces an anomalous outcome — including an erroneously credited win — crown99 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and correct any resulting wallet balance discrepancy. Members who are aware of or who exploit a known software error or malfunction will be in breach of these Terms.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction, the Member should contact crown99 customer support within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event. Crown99 will investigate all disputes using its server-side logs and game records, which shall be treated as definitive evidence of game outcomes in the absence of clear evidence to the contrary.

Crown99's total cumulative liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Crown99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the crown99 Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. Where changes are material, crown99 will endeavour to notify active Members by email to their registered address, though failure to receive such notification does not affect the validity of the amended Terms.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which crown99 holds its international online gaming licence. By using the crown99 Platform, Members consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated under that governing framework for the resolution of any disputes. Members are reminded that Malaysian courts may apply separate jurisdictional rules with respect to online gambling activities, and Members are solely responsible for compliance with applicable Malaysian law.
